Clan Meeting Agenda 4/12/18

Meeting 4/12/18 Thursday at 9:00 pm eastern

1. Welcome new members since last meeting!!
2. Our Clan Rating, now at 206 down from 131 last meeting. Was as low as 116, but we were not doing as many advances.
3. Monthly lightning award for player who participate in the most strongholds in last 28 days. Winner is Chowtyme2 with 63 stronghold battles this month! A special Teamspeak honor lightning bolt icon is awarded and left permanently. Officers are not eligible for this award.
4. Tier 6 Stronghold win rate 51.61% up from 38.82% last meeting. Tier 8 at 52.83 this month up from 43.82 last meeting . No stats in site, not sure why but we have been winning tier 10 advances.
5. Recruiting efforts. How can we add members who actually participate more in clan activities. Currently only about 30% regularly participate.
6. Were holding at ~ 100 members, dropping inactive members and adding new active members.
