THRET Clan Bylaws

These bylaws are written so that we communicate clearly to members, and potential members, what were about and how we operate so that we all understand our general guidelines. We are not looking to have a huge rule book but want to be fair to everyone and also make sure people who wish to join don’t do so without understanding how we operate. The bottom line is were all looking to enjoy the game and each others comradery. We come here to relax, have some fun, and do the best we can.

1) Have fun – This is the most important rule.
2) Have fun WINNING – Winning = GOOD
3) Rules 1 and 2 are mandatory, other rules apply, but there can always be exceptions.
4) Must be 16 (We curse sometimes and don’t want to corrupt minors.:)
5) Legionnaires who participate in Teamspeak, strongholds etc. have 30 days to decide if they want to join clan. If they don’t their privileges can be revoked.
6) If you don’t participate in any clan activity for 60 days you can be removed.
7) New members must have a WOT personal rating minimum of 4000.
8) Must have and be able to use Teamspeak.
9) We need an Email address so we can let people know when were planning events, Tournaments, Strongholds, Clanwars, and the occasional meeting.
10) Drinking is allow and even encouraged if it improves your game play!
11) Cannot be in another clan under a different account.
12) Gold will never be distributed to officers except when entire clan or group is rewarded with gold for clan activities. In other words officers cannot give themselves gold without clan knowing.
13) Teamspeak is mandatory when in game. You must sign into Teamspeak if your in WOT. Teamspeak will only be used for Clan activities.
14) Do not degrade, yell at, or argue with other clan members especially in a public room. If we need to comment on something we critique, not criticize. We help other members get better.
15) If officers need to talk to someone about behavior or other issues they will do so in private, not in a public room.
16) Clan members can invite people to participate, legionnaire use Teamspeak and give the password etc. Non Clan members will only be able to talk in main lounge (but they can listen in all areas) until the Admins elevate their Teamspeak privileges.
17) If an individual leaves Thret under good standing then he/she will not be able to re-apply till a 90 day rest period is completed. After 90 day period is finished Clan senior leadership will determine whether or not applicant will be allowed to re-enter.
18) Teamspeak will only be used for Clan activities.
